SAT很挑剔，不喜歡很多東西，不喜歡名詞+doing的結構，不喜歡代詞+doing 的結構，而且非常不喜歡 “something is why+從句”的結構。這些考生都需要牢記。一起來看看SAT語法例題解析。

解答 ：句子開頭的“不像其他行星”是個一致性標志，意味著主句主語必須是行星的平行詞。據此瀏覽選項主語，干掉CDE,留下AB。再對比AB,發現內部都有比較，這也是一致性標志，那再看誰更爛，扔掉。A說P有個什么樣的軌道，軌道更接近太陽，比N.意思是軌道和N比，已經不一致，干掉。B 沒法不對了，否則就沒有答案了。要不再看一眼。B說：P有什么樣的軌道因此P更接近太陽比N.兩行星比，對了。答案還是B.

SAT語法原則——平行結構

SAT規定平行成分包括三個或以上的成分，平行的較后一部分前必須使用and，即and的使用要優先于as well as

SAT中要牢記的典型的平行結構：

Not only A but also B not A but B

Both A and B neither A nor B

Either A or B from A to B

注意：A和B的詞性必須是一致的

在SAT中，分號后面必須是一個完整的句子，除非是表達平行的時候，兩個以上的平行成分有時候會用分號連接。
